Fan Sissoko is a French-Malian artist and filmmaker based in Reykjavik. Her work explores themes such as migration, motherhood, otherness, and neurodiversity. Her animated short On the Surface has been shown at international festivals and received several awards, including the Heartwired Award at the Our Heritage, Our Planet Film Festival.
