Begho

Through the eyes of a young girl named Kasi, we discover the historic trading town of Begho in 16th-century West Africa – once a major commercial hub at the crossroads of several trade routes.

Victoria Aryee

Victoria Aryee is a Ghanaian filmmaker and animation artist. She is a co-founder of the Ghanaian animation collective AnimaxFYB and has worked on various projects, including Begho. Her work often explores African history and culture.


Daniel Kouma

Daniel Kouma is a Ghanaian animator and co-founder of AnimaxFYB. He has contributed to several animation projects, including Begho, which tells the story of the historic market town of Begho in the 16th century.
