Minga, a young orphan, lives with her stepmother Mami Kaba, a sour woman who does not hesitate to make life harder for her and will put her out of her house for a broken spoon during the daily task of cleaning the dishes. Then for our little heroine, a real adventure begins, punctuated by melodies, friendships, doubts and many other surprises!

by Claye Edou

Cameroonian Director and actor

Throughout his academic career, Claye Edou has been a member of several choirs and orchestras, while developing a particular interest in portrait painting, which became a small “business” allowing him to round off his end of month when he was a student. He participated in two exhibitions as a portraitist. He then founded the animation studio Cledley Productions (Douala) and directed and produced the animated feature film Minga and the broken spoon (2017).
